Sim card not staying in reader

Hi!

Just got my FP3 and tried to put in my SD and sim cards, but when trying to push in the sim it does not stick. It’s like a spring is pushing it out, from both of the slots. This means I can’t put the battery in and use the phone. Anybody know what could cause this? I have a nano sim.

You have to push till the end, it will click and hold them.
To release push again and the cards will come out again.

Thanks, got it to work. Had to use a sharp tool to manage pushing it all the way in!
