Sidebar doesn't work in English version of a webpage on mobile

Hi,

For some reason, when I try to navigate Fairphone official website from my phone, the sidebar just doesn’t open (or how it’s called, I’m not sure. The button I highlighted on the attached screenshot).

But this only happens when I’m using the English version of the website. On Netherland version everything works.

I’m using Vivaldi 7.4.3691.84 browser from my Android 15 LineageOS 22.2

English language, or location? It works fine here in English on Firefox on Fairphone 5 (no alternative ROM).

Hi, thanks for the answer.

English version.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Wij zijn Fairphone
  2. Open sidebar and click on the Netherlands flag at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Select English language without changing location (attached image 1).
  4. Webpage reloads to https://www.fairphone.com
  5. Sidebar doesn’t work.

Works fine here

I can confirm English version of the webpage works as expected on Firefox in my phone.

So the problem is Vivaldi-specific. I’m not sure if I should redirect that problem to them or this is the problem with Fairphone webpage’s implementation.

Try safe mode. It could be a plugin.

Vivaldi Mobile doesn’t support plugins, so it can’t be this.

However, I discovered that in Incognito mode Fairphone’s webpage works as expected in English version.

I think this is problem with Vivaldi and not with the webpage itself

You can also try to clear all the cache and cookies for just the Fairphone website.

Tried - unfortunately this doesn’t resolve the problem
