Shortcut for pictures with thumbnail

Hello

Does anyone know how to display thumbnails of the pictures shortcuts on the desktop, in stead of the Amaze icon ?
Like the Nova Launcher does on my old phone. In the example below, I putted shortcuts of my subway maps for quick access.

This is from Nova Launcher --------------------------- On the FP2, it looks like this … not very sexy.

I’m using the Open OS, rooted with Xposed. So far I didn’t find any app or option allowing this.
