Shop order status doesnt't change since weeks

Hey guys,
is anyone having the same problem with an order in the shop for spare parts and the status of the order didn’t change since weeks?
I’m really disappointed about Fairphone team…
Ordered #300050851 on 21.12.2016. No reaction since this date…

Were/was the spare part(s) you ordered in stock at the time of your order? Fairphone has been in short supply of/out of several spare parts for several weeks.

Two batteries, one for FP1 and one for FP2…

Just call support during office hours to ask what’s the delay about, batteries should be easily available.

Could someone please give me the support phone number?
I can’t find it on the website…

Thanks, called them and it seems they have problems with some orders…

I received my spare parts after nearly one month…
