I recently purchased a FP4 without any Fairphone account. Everything went nice but when I decided to create my account, afterwards, I didn’t find any order in my history. I thought that using the same email I used when I placed my order would be enough but visibly not Is there any way to “link” my order to the newly created acount ?
Hi and welcome, I think a company should never be able to link an older order to an account later just because of an E-Mail (due to data protection laws).When you ordered you disagree to have an account and with this access to this order.
