Hello. I am in NZ and wanting to buy a fairphone. Phones from normal companies, with planned obsolescence, brick themselves after approx teo years despite the state of the phone. I simply cannot afford to keep buying a new phone that frequently. And it seems like such a waste. I am very upset.
I would like to ask the owners of this company to consider opening for worldwide shipping and trying to stock stores as our current practices are unsustainable.

Secondly it’s unlikely as they have limited resources and can hardly cope with the support for the European customers.
