Selling Fairphone 3+ for parts
My 3-year old Fairphone 3+ (11/2021) suffered a sudden death in October 2024. I was able to “repair” it thanks to baking the motherboard module in the oven for 10 minutes. From then, it worked without a problem but I replaced the phone and I don’t have an use for it anymore.
I ensure you I have carefully disassembled everything including cables etc. and only the motherboard itself spent its time in the oven.
I hope the remaining parts would help someone. Please offer some reasonable price for some parts or for the whole phone and for shipping.
I would ship it from Czech Republic 
or we can meet somewhere in Prague.
List of available parts:
- Top Module:
receiver, led, front camera, … Camera Module: rear camera (FP3+ 48 MP)- Display Module: Display is perfectly fine. I will let there old cover glass, which has some scratches but the display itself is perfect
- Rear module: NFC, fingerprint, antennas, … perfectly fine
- Speaker Module: works flawlessly
- Battery Module:
Battery last for one day of average usage (chatting, playing music, background apps) or two days of moderate usage. Probably cannot ship it internationally?! - Bottom Module:
USB, vibration, mic. Sadly, few days ago some moisture got into the USB connector. It works (mic, usb, everything) but I had warned you Core Module:
motherboard suffered to sudden death (cold joint) and spent 10 minutes in oven. It works but it could happen again- Flex cables, screws, cover, etc…
I can send the blue plastic cover as well but it bears the marks of three years of use
