Screen going dark when call starts

Hi guys. My new FP2 has a major issue. The screen goes dark as soon as a call starts on a regular basis and does not react anymore at all. I cannot end calls like this and have to reboot the phone via home button. Has anyone encountered this, too?

Yes I have had the same problem. Very annoying when a call goes straight to voicemail and I end up leaving a voicemail of me trying to switch off my phone!

Besides a badly calibrated sensor the next most common reason for this issue is dust between the proximity sensor and the screen.
