Screen filled with green pixels over display

My phone display is being briefly filled with green pixels. It still displays the image, and is responsive, but is not displaying correctly. Seems to be worst when watching films and videos.

Any ideas what the cause and dilution are for this please?

It sometimes disappears with a screen tap, and doesnt last that long, but is pretty annoying.

The question is why your screenshot also shows the failure. I this wouldn’t have been so, I would have suggested that it is a contact problem between display and main module and would have told you to disassemble the display, to clean the contacts and to reassemble your display again.
