Screen disabled

Hi, when my battery is low (<15%) the screen doesn’t work some from times to times, or never works when I charge the fairphone 2 (I touch it, but nothing appear).
Could you please help me?

Salut, quand mon fairphone a moins de 15% de batterie ou quand il charge, l’écran ne répond plus : quand je le touche, rien ne se passe (mais avec les boutons du son je vois bien ce qui devrait apparaitre)
Vous sauriez pourquoi?
