Fast charger with a charging time of less than an hour—does such a thing exist?

Do you want to charge the battery in the device in that short time or outside? Inside you won’t get faster than with a quick charger at 30 Watts - Fairphone states it can make the first 50% within 20 minutes. While charging gets slower when the battery gets more and more full, I think that should get you roughly to where you want.
If you want to charge externally it’s more the challenge of finding a charger that can hold the rather big battery and connect properly. You can read about them here:
However I think the external ones are universal ones, so they typically don’t charge at the fastest possible rate because they simply do not know the battery well enough.
Always be aware that quick charging produces more heat, is less efficient and makes your battery age quicker than if you give it some more time.
