Ciao Sara, se hanno già provato con diversi cavi, caricabatterie e la porta USB è pulita, rimangono altri due tentativi.
Se hanno entrambi un FP3+ o FP3 provare ad usare la batteria di quello funzionante su quello di tuo padre. Dovrebbero essere compatibili tra FP3+ e FP3.
Se l’altra batteria viene caricata anche sul FP3+ allora è solo la batteria che è guasta. Nel caso è possibile reperirla qui https://shop.fairphone.com/it/shop/fairphone-3-battery-36#attr=
Se ancora non va allora probabilmente sarà il modulo inferiore, che contiene anche la porta USB, oppure qualche componente sulla scheda logica che gestisce la ricarica.
Anche in questo caso, se i modelli sono entrambi FP3, si potrebbe fare una prova spostando il modulo inferiore sul FP di tuo padre.

Al momento lo vedo non disponibile sul sito Fairphone, quindi andrebbe cercato qui nel mercatino del forum oppure su altri canali.
Se nessuna di queste prove funziona allora contatterei il supporto Fairphone e vedere se magari c’è la possibilità di una riparazione.
Hi Sara, if they have already tried different cables, chargers and the USB port is clean, that leaves two more attempts.
If they both have an FP3+ or FP3 I would try using the battery from the working one on your dad’s. The FP3+ and FP3 should be compatible.

If it still doesn’t go then it could be the bottom module, which also contains the USB port, or some component on the logic board that handles charging.
Again, if the models are both FP3s, you could test this by moving the lower module to your dad’s FP.

At the moment I see it not available on the Fairphone site, so it would have to be searched for here in the forum marketplace or through other channels.
If none of these tests work then I would contact Fairphone support and see if maybe there is a chance for a repair.
