The camera on my phone has stopped working. I am unable to open it to find the IEMEI1 and therefore cannot complete the form, therefore cannot get any assistance. I feel I am chasing my tail, not good for customer relations.

Go to Settings → Maintenance → Checkup → Mobile connectivity
Slot 1 yields the IMEI 1
Slot 2 yields the IMEI 2"
