Return of product from being fixed

My son returned his Fairbuds XL to be mended. They were sent out after being fixed by Cordon Electronics but were returned to their head office by UPS because of missing paperwork. They were resent but are now stuck in UK customs, again because of a lack of paperwork. Has anyone else had this problem & what did you do? I’ve emailed support but they say it can take 18 days to reply!
