I’ve troubleshooted my speakers with support but test failed so was told to get it repaired
Any places that do repairs in Hertfordshire or Cambridge?
If you have no warranty you could try to change the speaker module yourself. Or did support tell you you can’t repair it yourself.

See at the pages of Ifixit how you can replace the speaker module yourself.
If you want help with changing perhaps the Fairphone Angel in Plymouth is an option. Sorry I have no idea how far Plymouth is.
