Remove google search bar

hello
jelly Bean 4.2.2 update but how to remove the google Search Bar?
it is rootet so it should work but can’t find out how!

Press the bar and don’t release the finger. A button in the form of a trash bin or a “X” should appear on your screen. Drag the search bar above the button.
