After system updates I forgot the password to the Fairphone app (or I didn’t forget it and the old one doesn’t work anymore), so I try to reset it. But I receive no email to reach the reset page.
When I try to contact support through their email form, I’m told I should fill in where I bought my phone (which is irrelevent) without there being a place on the form where I could provide that information. Anyway the form will not be sent, no matter how angry I type the button. The AI assistent acknowledges my growing frustration (ok ok I used lots of very angry exclamation marks) but doesn’t provide a simple email adress where I can ask my question).
