Receive no email to reset password

After system updates I forgot the password to the Fairphone app (or I didn’t forget it and the old one doesn’t work anymore), so I try to reset it. But I receive no email to reach the reset page.

When I try to contact support through their email form, I’m told I should fill in where I bought my phone (which is irrelevent) without there being a place on the form where I could provide that information. Anyway the form will not be sent, no matter how angry I type the button. The AI assistent acknowledges my growing frustration (ok ok I used lots of very angry exclamation marks) but doesn’t provide a simple email adress where I can ask my question).

Sorry to hear about your frustration and Tin’s suffering;-)

Are you able to log on into your Fairhone account via website? Perhaps you could request (again) the password via the website.

If all else fails, it should be possible to submit a request without filling the information about your phone, at least it seems so. I have just run it tentatively choosing the issue with the website/account and afterwards MyFairphone App
