I have a strange problem where my fairphone 2 reboots after a short time while navigating using Google Maps or Waze while it is charging in my car. Without charging or with charging but not navigating, there is no problem. Could it be that power fluctuations caused by my car charger (usb converter in cigarette lighter) interferes with the gps somehow?
Yes. With the FP1 this often caused the GPS not to work properly.
You could try a different cable, that sometimes helped.
There is a difference in cables.
You have charging cables which are two-threaded and you have data cables which are four-threaded.
The Fairphone needs a four-threaded cable in the car.
Thanks, with a different cable everything went fine, no reboots.
