Is there a quick way of ending a call if you can’t see the screen to tap the red button , hoe’s sunny for example?

If you’re running the stock Fairphone Android OS, then you can go to
Settings > Accessibility > System controls > Power button ends call
When that option is enabled, you can end a call at any time by just pressing the physical Power button.
