I don’t know to ask where correctly, so I try here:

Is Fairphone OS providing firmware updates (like for phone modem, …)?
a.) No
b.) Yes, but only with complete fresh install
c.) Yes, with OTA and fresh install

2,) Is /e/ OS providing any firmware updates ?
(maybe somebody knows)

/e/OS and Fairphone have a partnership going on for quite a while, so Fairphone provide /e/OS developers with the firmware stuff to include, see for instance on this page (just search for fp4 on the page, you’ll see then) … Releases · e / os / 🚀 Releases · GitLab
