Problem with samsung health app

I am not sure if this is a Fairphone problem or something else but I hope someone can help me :slight_smile:

I recently bought a new samsung smart watch. Before this Fairphone I’ve always used Samsung phones and never had any trouble. But on my Fairphone the ‘Samsung Health App’ won’t open. I can log in but than nothing happens.

Has anybody else had this problem or does anyone have a solution?

I have just tried to install the current v6.12.3.001 from the Play Store and had no issues whatsoever:

Have you disabled any Google services that the app might require?
