I have a problem again with the housing of my Fairphone 2, in a very short time it is breaking again on the same side. I think it’s a factory problem since the phone always has it inside a case and never in my pocket.
This is a long known issue with the old “regular cases”. You qualify for a warranty replacement. Contact (best: CALL) Fairphone Support and you can get a replacement. Depending on WHEN you received your FP2, I would recommend to not hesitate long because the very first FP2s reached their owners on christmas 2015 and their warranty will expire after two years.
