Problem in phone calling at FP4

Hi, I have been using fairphone 4 for quite a while and since some weeks I have been experiencing issues in phone calling. The tower of the phone gets fully null once i am trying to call a number. The tower come backs later and the internet works.

I have contacted my service provider Lebara and they gave me a new SIM but the problem still persists. I think this is a problem with FP4 system. I have looked into it and it seems phone recovery can resolve this but this includes removing everything from the phone software and it is a lot of work for me to do. Are there any other suggestions?

Maybe I have the same issue. I don´t even hear the ringing. It’s just silent and then it ends the phone call. It’s the same, if someone wants to call me. They don’ t hear the ringing and the phone call just ends.
