Hello all,
For a while now I’ve been experiencing poor signal with my fairphone. Calls will often drop and the quality of the call is bad. I’ve checked with my network provider to see if it’s a local problem and they say it isn’t.
I also don’t experience the same problem if I have a voice call with someone via data (e.g. WhatsApp).
This leads me to think that it’s the actual antenna that’s the problem.
Does anyone know a way I can check whether there’s a problem with my antenna? Or what signal strength is within the normal range?
My phone is an FP3 which I purchased new in early 2020. It’s up to date with system updates.
