As last year’s meeting at 37c3 was rather spontaneous and thus poorly planned, I wanted to start the discussion earlier this time. 
As indicated in the title: Given sufficient interest and active participation, I’d be interested in organizing one or multiple Meetups during 38c3 as well as apply for an assembly if we can get enough support for that.
Everybody interested is welcome to make suggestions here. My goal is to have some sort of plan by the time of the official announcement so that we can move quickly, set appointments and maybe apply for a table/space.
