Phone works, but display remains black - except for a light shade when button pressed

Hello there,
the display of my FP1 stopped working - however, there are no cracks and the phone worked just fine. Still the phone works: When I push the power button there is a light shade and the control light blinks, also charging works. I disassembled the phone, however the defect remains. Does anyone have an idea, which item / cable is the reason or whether I would need to have a new display?
