When people call me or I call them, I can hear their voices, but they can’t hear me. If I put the phone on speakers, they can hear me, but so can everybody else in the room. This is not very practical at work. I can’t find any settings to change this, and I never had this problem before. Does anyone know what is happening?
I’d suggest you check out Fairphone’s Troubleshooting Tool. There are a couple of things it will advise you to try. If none of these help, it will lead you to Fairphone’s Support form.
