I am trying to order a new battery for my FP4 because previous one is getting less and less reliable as it grows fatter but my issue here is with the website and the procedure to reinitialise the password. I get a link to change it but for any password that I try, however secure and complex or simple, I get the following message : “unsupported operand type(s) for +: ‘NoneType’ and ‘str’”. I tried to change navigator, operating system as well but it couldn’t help. When I try to file a question on the website, I don’t find any category of question refering to it but only to technical issues with my fairphone, on which I have to provide very precise informations that I couldn’t find so far. Anyway, has anyone encountered this problem? Is there a workaround? Is it a trouble with the website itself? Thanks in advance, I shall provide any aditional information if I get some.

About the time it may need : “At this moment, we do not have a specific time frame for when the issue will be resolved. However, please rest assured that we are working on it as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on any progress. We appreciate your patience and understanding.”
About the possibility to add an ongoing order to the account once restored : “we will be able to attach your order to your account once it has been delivered. You can email me once you receive the parcel, and I will do the manual step of adding the order to your account - something I am not able to do until it is delivered. :)”
