OS 1.11.1 won't install

hi there,
My FP2 doesn’t install the latest version of the OS. It sends me a message that the update is available, it downloads the update and then reboots in order to install it. Then i get the sick-android screen that tells me it can’t go on and say: Error in cache/fp update zip (Status 7).
When I reboot the new OS is not installed and I can repeat the procedure.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

According to our updateguide this happens when you skip a version or if you rooted your device.
