Open source the 3d files of the fairphone

Hi,
I see that many of us designed their own cover for their FairPhone and it is impresive. However, I wonder why FairPhone is not sharing the 3d files in an open format (like FCStd for FreeCAD) in order to support this effort from the community.

Personally, I would love to design a slim cover compatible with the CrossCall accessories (https://www.crosscall.com/), ideally with the connector. It would be easier if I could start from the actual slim cover design.
