Offline agenda app with no data sharing

I would like to have an simple agenda on my phone which does not have any online connections. Just to store events and maybe show an alert. Something similar as an dumbphone would have.
As this is not provided by fairphone I was wonder if this is even possible on this phone.

It is getting a very very very bad review scores due to people being locked out of their calendar. No thanks that completely defeats the purpose of a calander

Seems like a good alternative thanks!

it’s getting bad reviews because the developer changed it from permanently free but with limited features, to a limited time trial with all features available. you can either get the paid pro version from Play Store, or get it for free from F-droid: Simple Calendar Pro | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository

I’m yet to find a better calendar app.

I use Etar. I like it very much.

I’m very happy with SimpleCalendar. Easy to use and I have a good overview in month view mode. Also synchronizing with my nextcloud works well with the help of DAV-X :+1:

BTW: I got it from F-Droid and sent a donation to the bank account of the developer so I needn’t share my data and money with the big bad companies .
