Offer: FP3+ you pay postage from Australia

Phone works, has solft case with Quadlock on it and a case with screen cover that I’ve barely used. Plus a spare screen protecter.

Battery ok, I get a couple of days out of it but that’s normal for me (I use it mostly as a phone rather than amobile internet device). It’s $45/28Euto to post a kilogramme to Germany by economy air (15 days). That includes up to 100Wh of lithium battery installed in the device so I think it’ll be fine. Unlike posting a new battery from Germany when I wanted a spare.

Hi, it is customary to make a picture of the smartphone with the date om the screen to verify the functionality of it.

I will be glad to pay the shipping cost to Italy, if no one want it. I will use for spare parts for people on my “heaven”.
And in case that my motherboard die, i will be glad to have a spare one for me.

Hi, I’m from Western Australia, interested in this. Are you not charging for the phone at all?

No charge. Just remember that it won’t connect to any Australian telco because it’s not whitelisted. So unless you’re about to move overseas…

Thats just completely wrong

It’s not really what I meant, the lock screen should print the actual date. Make a picture of this.

What payment you accept?
Can I pay with paypal?
Obviously if @robinchew don’t want it.

When I did that with a vodafone sim a couple of months ago I got the 'your phone is not compatible" version of the message. But obviously I accept your version of reality rather than the one I observe, you’re the moderator and your word is law.

Not my reality as you can read in the topic I linked if you would want.

Robinchew is not eligible to purchase. I’m not playing the “you said it wouldn’t work, some moderator says Vodafona Australia is just wrong about their network so I bought it, but it doesn’t work and I’m going to make it your problem”.

I’ll accept Paypal since that’s the only easy option for payments from Europe.

I am well aware of Australia 3G situation and my current FP3 is still working.

I am still interested mainly because I want to upgrade the camera module and I like to tinker.

If others like Paolo still wants it more, then I am fine to forego.

Just to be clear, I believe I DO want it more because the original camera really blows, but in the end it is up to moz. If you do get it paulo, enjoy.

Obviously in the end is up to moz.
In a carbon perspective send it near would be better.
I hope that you need it not only for the camera, and in case, when in australia the fp3 stop to be compatible remember me

I intend to keep the rest of the phone for backup parts. If I stop using the FP3 for whatever reason, I’ll think of you Paolo. But as you say, up to moz.

If you don’t want to send/give it to robinchew send me a pm and I will give you my adress and send you the money on paypal. Also I doubt that anyone with mental capacity will complain to you that the smartphone don’t work properly on Australia when you have write it so clearly.

Seems that moz beat me to it!
Not sure if I’m allowed to high jack this post? :person_shrugging:
I’m in the same boat, I’ve got a fp3 & fp3+ that I’m happy to send to anyone who will pay postage.
I’d much prefer someone who wants the whole phone not just post though tbh.
Cheers

Hi @katoiam,

I’m interested in the whole phone, and would pay for postage in France.
I’m still under a FP2 and it’s starting to be too unusable, even for me (no microphone of course, no USB port so I have to charge on an external battery charger, some apps are not compatible anymore…). So yeah, upgrading to a FP3 could probably be nice !

Cheers

Hi @katoim,

I am also interested in your FP3 if it’s not gone yet, I am resident in the Netherlands (and poor as the church mice). I am a wannabee Fairphone user but I really would like to switch to this brand.
