Most likely your SD card is just a bit loose. The first thing to try would be to take out your SD card and put it back in just to make sure it’s in right.

You have accidentally used your e-mail address as the name that’s shown on your profile, so everyone can see your address at the moment.

Was the SD card formatted as internal or external storage before? Are you still able to access the data on the card. Is the message reappearing after a reboot or does it only show up randomly?
