I can’t set any color on LOS, only red, green, blue and white. Also, the frequency and duration seems to be fixed. Is this known behavior, does the FP2 not allow free configuration?

Yes, but nobody seems to take interest (i know that i can’t expect an answer from people baking the rom, it’s work on free time), but there’s still the possibility i do something wrong and it works for everybody else
