Not Refunded yet (after one month)

I re-sent the FP2 following your instructions with DHL in the middle of July for a refund.
Now we’re in the middle of August and I haven’t received the money back yet.
Are you in holiday?
Is everything ok?
Let me know something.
It’s my second message and nobody answers to the phone.

THe forum is mainly a community forum, so don’t expect a Fairphone staff member reply here.

Unfortunately the Support team has a huge backlog, so indeed it may take some time that you’ll get a response or your money back.
