Hi! I bought my last fairphone in 2015. Now I want to buy another one. But the website says it is only available in continental countries- is that true? Since I got mine to Norway last time.

The way I read their statement:
Shipping to mainland Norway, yes. Overseas territories, no. There is a list of islands where they don’t ship. If I recall correctly, there were some changes years ago, which I suspect were the result of carriers changing their rules on lithium batteries.

No, I gave both the phones I bought away. One of them didn’t function properly and I didn’t get help to fix it.
