No space at the startpage (Startseite) left to re-install Google Apps installer

I missed suddenly Google play App / Goggle service App and some others. No idea why.
When I try to reinstall the Goggle Apps installer by pulling the icon to the Startseite FP tells me there is no space available at the Startseite. Though I made plenty of space. Same procedure if I try to pull the icon to any of the other 4 pages.

Also some other Apps or not working anymore. The error message: "The App is not installed"
My Android Vers is 4.2.2

Does reinstalling Fairphone OS / switching to AOSP help you?
Have you tried installing the Google Services apk (See here http://beste-apps.chip.de/android/app/google-play-dienste-apk-android-app,cxo.66512259/)?
