No sound in Chromecast

Hi, we have a nex FP2 and I try to use it with a Chromecast on my TV. And, I don’t have any sound on the TV.

I try Spotify and Youtube, but nothing work.

I already check the sound level of the phone and the TV, all is OK.

If I use another phone or tablet, it work fine.

Is someone do have the same problem?

Just to be sure. Did you check the sound level in
Settings,
Sound & notification
Media volume

On my phone sometimes the media volume is automagic turned down very low and I have to set it right again.

Ok, after some days, it work now.

Maybe an update of the chromecast.

But no problem at all
