NO recovery mode, help!

I run into problems after upgrading to FP Open Marshmallow. I tried then to recover from a backup with TWRP with no success, it ended with error and a blank phone.
I have now flashed FP2 gms but I cannot enter into recovery mode in order to wipe the memory and make a factory reset (my internal memory seems full) nor can I acces to the updater…
Does any one have an idea what can I do to get my phone working again?
Thanks in advance for your help!

The stock recovery mode of Android 6 works a little different than before, see here.

Alternatively you can boot into TWRP without flashing it.

Thank you very much for your help, I’ve got TWRP back!

Shouldn’t you mark the posting of @AnotherElk as the solution?
Would make more sense in your original posting - into which it is integrated - as well.

You are right, I changed it.
