Yes. I see it too, on a FP3 running the latest version of FPOS.
But here we are talking about FP4 running the latest version of FPOS.
I notice that the symbol is not the same on the two phones, to judge from what Uppercase and you yourself have posted… That rather surprises me. Why would they be different?
Same “problem” here. Although I do have third party apps in the quick access area, I don’t have any of those apps in common with the pictures above.
I have standard and updated FPOS.

Android 12 fixed my problems.
