I ordered a Fairphone 5 last Thursday, payment has been validated but I have no additional information on the status of delivery. In the mail it’s written “You will receive an email with the track and trace code as soon as your order is shipped from our distribution center.” but 5 business days after I still didn’t receive anything about the shipping and the delivery.

As far as I can see delivery time is 2-5 days, as there was a weekend and probably a bank Holiday in between it’s only two working days since then. So I guess you will receive shipping details in a few days.

To add: fastest way to contact customer support for such questions is the online chat.

What site did you use? I ordered mine from clove-technology site as one of the few that shipped to USA. They shipped it free shipping via UPS Express Worldwide I got it from the UK in two days time.
