No 3G/4G internet connection (Sweden - tele2)

Hi,
I have a FP2 and live in Sweden. I have two SIM cards: one German and one Swedish. The German one works perfectly in Germany with the internet but the Swedish one (Comviq - working with tele2) can’t give me any 3G or 4G internet connection. Under “Preferred network type” is “2G” but in grey, so that I can’t click on it. This makes the internet extremely slow if working at all. The only thing that kind of works is whatsapp. And even not all of the time.

I’ve been calling Comviq twice: changed the SIM card, tried different APN settings and nothing works. Last time they told me I should contact my phone maker, so here am I.
Can anyone help me?

I’ve read the post called “No 3G and no www at all except at home with WIFI (Sweden)” and I couldn’t find any answers to my questions.

I would be very thankful if someone could share his/her knowledge with me.

You’ll have to disable 3G/4G on the first SIM so you can enable it on the second one.

Oh my God! This worked almost instantaneously, when I then could choose the write APN.
Thank you so much! I can’t believed I waited 1 1/2 year to get that easy solution and that no one from Comviq could help me.
