NFC hit or miss frequently on FP4

I guess you guys are right. The corresponding receiving part is probably the two silvery golden pocks on the camera module’s bottom right here:

Originally, I was expecting a more pointed area because the NFC symbol on the FP3 back cover (mis?)suggests so, but then again I found myself that the (presumable) NFC antenna on a debit card appears to be much larger than a mere NFC symbol:

Does anyone know what this is?

I would not rule out the possibility that the card does have NFC. It is not necessarily visible on the outside. When I hold my bank card against strong light, I can see the NFC antenna (like lanes or so). [IMG_20200707_225445a] NFC is mostly known and used for card payments, but it can also be used in non-commercial ways, e.g. for unlocking doors that have restricted access.
