New phone from TechInn - should I flash a new android kernel

Hi all,
A long time ago I got myself a Doogee from China. If you’re not familiar, it’s a low end phone with some features like, super rugged case, massive 5Ah battery, cheap cost, and above all it shipped with all the pre-installed malware anyone could ever hope for.

Do I have this concern with the Fairphone? I bought mine from TechInn and I’m starting to wonder about this company after reading a few things here and there.

If you have issues with unwanted apps you can remove those with universal andoird debloater (need pc)

Thanks. I just had a look at how ready it was to flash a new ROM. I think I’ll just do it as a precaution.
