New installation (eOS) on already installed eOS?

Hi,

how to do a new installation of eOS?
fastboot flashing unlock FAILED (remote: ' Device already : unlocked!')
fastboot flashing unlock_critical < waiting for any device >

I’m not getting it from the install guide documentation:
