Hi, i just installed the envolved andoid 9 release for fairphone open. Since then my FP2 crashes more and more. First just some apps crashed down, then the whole systeme. Now the intervals become close and close that after while entering the PIN of SIM card the fp gets restarted.
Does anybody have the same problems? Is it possible to bring the android 9 relase down again and put on android 7 so i can use my phone again…
I’d recommend to backup everything, try a #dic:factorydatareset and check if it still crashes. If it helps you might consider to reinstall everything from scratch.
If nothing helps you may reinstall the android 7 version manually. But it’s possible that this will also need a factory reset (as the downgrade path is not really supported).
