Need to un-root my phone to install a banking app

Hi there, could you please let me know how I can un-root my fairphone? I want to install a banking app and it can´t open saying that the system git rooted and the necessary security means are not working. Thus, the pushTAN app I would like to install wont work. I tried with Voodoo OTA RootKeeper but somehow it doesn´t work neither. Is there a way you can help? Thanks a lot! Julia

Yes there might be one. ##How to hide root access The Xposed app which allows to modify your Android after boot with different modules ( for example GravityBox which can hide the second sim bar and other stuff). One of the modules is RootCloak. This should allow to hide the root access from selected apps. There is some risk as Xposed can modify almost everything on Android so take care which modules you use. However Xposed is often used and amongst the module developers are a lot of well known…

Just, a couple of months ago, I gave my girlfriend a € 320,- FairPhone.
Now I am waiting for my proper one.
Next Generation
She has done everything normal.
Yesterday, I downloaded for her his online banking app for Android.
Appearing: “Not for jailbraken or rooten” devices.
Help? Or to the community?

If your girlfriend is not using root (for things like Xposed Frameworks e.g.) she can unroot as explained above. Otherwize she’ll have to choose between the cool features of root and her banking app.

Actually, I believe, you can benefit of root and hide root access from certain apps, one at a go.
