Please help! Suddenly this morning I cannot get into my phone. I am definitely using the correct password. It does NOT give me an error message or tell me that the password is wrong - it simply flashes through almost to open then goes back to the password screen. Everything else looks normal. Please help - really need my phone for work today and no idea what to do next!

Are you talking about the screen lock, the SIM pin or something else?

It could be that the screen is not reacting (which I also have sometimes). The solution is to reboot the phone via pressing the power button for a long time (15 seconds); after the reboot, the screen should react again.
