My invoice says 05.10.2021, I received it sometime around the end of November that year, not sure when exactly. I definitely started using it the day I created my forum account, so December.
Which one of those counts?

As guess you would not write if you would stop using it tomorrow, it doesnt need to be 100% exact so you have the badge

I believe I received my FP4 on 23. 11. 2021. I’ve been using it ever since without any major problems. I’ve only changed the screen protector

The title under your name is something you have to change yourself in your profile.
If you click on your name you can see that the badge is granted.

Hi,
my FP4 was delivered in 11/2021 and yet had no need to repair it. Still completely original. Just the display shows signs of loosing contact with the frame, but works well. I’m quite happy with it.
