My Fairphone shop invoices from the Stone Age are back

Forgive me if this is old news, but to me it is all new about something old …
(Also feel free to move it to a better place, I did use the Search here and did not find a good existing topic)

I think many here still remember how some time in the never-ending redesign process of Fairphone’s online shop website, customers lost their archive of old orders they had made some years in the past. It disappeared from their customer acccounts and all you could do was individually contacting Support to retrieve specific order documents.

Now I ordered something today and had issues, too (a Support request has been sent). While the issues were mostly about the (in)correct redeeming of Keep Club benefits, I just found that apparently ALL my old orders at https://shop.fairphone.com/my/orders dating back into the year 2014 are now available in my customer account again. Not as HTML, but at least as PDFs. I did not download and open them all for testing, but I can definitely say that my oldest order (my cherished FP1U ) is there again.

Good news!

Unfortunately, my 2019 FP3 order is still missing. However, there is a note at the bottom saying that they are still working on getting all orders to appear, and that in a ‘short period’ they will appear.

In my case the FP3 order from 2019 is there, but my very first order of the FP2 is still missing.

Mine reappeared a while ago, which seemed to be as a direct result of the team investigating my account when I brought up the issue of missing Keep Club ‘birthday’ points and not having been contacted about long term FP3 owner discount offers for upgrading to a newer handset (although I only have invoices going back as far as purchasing a FP3 towards the end of 2019).

Cool. Just looked it up and there are my Orders Back to the FP2 in 2015!
